500 grams pork belly
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. onion powder

Plum sauce:
2 tbsp. plum sauce
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. Knorr seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/3 cup water
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch diluted in 1/2 tbsp. water
