This is my favorite chicken
This is my favorite chicken tacos. You can use any tortillas or even serve the chicken filling on a plate with rice and lettuce salad without using any tortillas. To me, this is medium spicy. You can change the amounts if you wish.
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 chopped Serrano chilies (I did not use the ribs or seeds)
1 chopped Jalapeño chili
3 cloves of garlic
Cook this mixture with a little oil over medium high heat for 3 or 4 minutes.
Add your chopped/sliced chicken breast (one pound)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce (I like Valentina)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
and cook these ingredients for 8 minutes over the medium high heat.
Serve with the cheese of your choice if you like cheese.
I used Chihuahua Cheese and Queso Fresco.

Ingredients:
