The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is expected to file its first chargesheet against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with a money laundering case linked to the now-scrapped liquor policy. This will be the first time that Kejriwal will be named as an accused in the case.
In the chargesheet, the ED will call Kejriwal a 'kingpin' and a key conspirator in the liquor policy case.
The investigating agency has claimed it has established a money trail linked to Kejriwal.
