I'm using some 1950's themed music in this video which I hope will be enjoyable for all of you.  This is another all in one workout for active seniors which combines cardio, strength and balance, and finishing with stretching exercises.  This is a little bit more challenging than some of my beginner workouts but as always, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need them.  As always, this is low impact.  Please use your judgment on when to modify exercises.  If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. You can walk in the comfort of your own home with this workout:)
