What if the Houston Texans Never Existed

for there entire 22 yea history, the Houston Texans have never advanced past the divisional round in the playoffs. they haven't sniffed a super bowl trophy, don't have an MVP, and have no major accolades. so i mean, would this world really be all that different, if the houston texans were plucked out of history?
