Installation and connection of the
Installation and connection of the laboratory water distiller AE-25, with a capacity of 25 l/h. We connect hoses, pipelines and control panel. We set up the operation of the distiller, install the cooler. We carry out an incomplete disassembly, check the condition of the heating elements. AE-25 water distiller is designed to produce 25 liters of distilled water of type 3.
Water distillers are extremely unpretentious, they only need electricity and water, no filters and membranes. Distillers differ in material of manufacture: glass or stainless steel and in performance: from 1 to 210 l/h. Glass distillers are extremely fragile, difficult to operate and maintain, while the quality of the water produced does not differ from the water obtained in classic stainless steel distillers.
The main rule when working with a distiller is to regularly clean it from scale and deposits. All impurities contained in the water during the cleaning process settle at the bottom of the distiller, seriously hampering its operation. Therefore, the more often you clean your distiller, the longer it will work for you.
