KZN Floods | Calls for KwaZulu-Natal to be declared a disaster area as floods persist

More rain has been forecast over flood-stricken KwaZulu-Natal today and the government has been asked to declare the entire province a disaster area.  
More than 50 lives have been lost in recent floods and damage has been estimated to run into billions of rands.
