Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri delivers an emotional privilege speech on Monday, May 20, 2024, as he steps down as Senate President. He says the camp of President Bongbong Marcos is displeased because he allowed the Senate to conduct hearings on alleged leaked PDEA information supposedly tagging Marcos in illegal drug activity. Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero is replacing Zubiri.
