This Schwarzkopf shuttle loop coaster
This Schwarzkopf shuttle loop coaster closed in 2008 after 26 years of operation and was scheduled to be scrapped, but due to overwhelming reaction from park guests the ride was redesigned and reopened in 2013. It was the first European shuttle loop and was called Sirocco until 1999, when the coaster was partially enclosed to reduce noise and renamed Turbine. The park then enclosed the entire track layout and worked with Gerstlauer to replace the trains, add magnetic brakes and swap out the flywheel with a LIM (Linear Induction Motor) launch. Psyké Underground is the only completely enclosed shuttle loop coaster in the world.
