Ingredients:
For Bhajani:
1 cup each of Wheat, Sorghum (Jowar), Pearl Millet (Bajra), Rice, Finger Millet (Ragi)
1/2 cup each of Moth Beans (Matki), Green Gram (Mung), Bengal Gram, Black Gram (Urad),
Black Eyed Beans (Chawli), Soybeans, Whole Red Lentils (Akkha Masur), Brown Chickpeas,
Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya)
1/4 cup Flex Seeds
2 tbsp each of Carom Seeds (Ajwain) and Cumin Seeds
For Thalipith:
3 cups Bhajani
2 Onions - chopped
1 Tomato - chopped
1/2 cup Coriander - chopped
4-5 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
2 tbsp Garlic
3 tsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Salt
Water as needed
Oil or Unsalted Butter
