BMW QUICK FIX for Harsh Gearchanges on Mechatronics Gearbox

The Early BMW (ZF) Mechatronics 6-speed gearboxes can suffer from harsh gearchanges (used on many models including the 6-Series and 7-Series) , usually caused by failing sleeves (seals) between the Mechatronics unit and the clutch-packs. If you don't have the time to replace the seals, filter and fluid this is a quick trick to get rid of those harsh gearchanges.
We will be using diagnostics (INPA) to reset the adaptations today - it is a very quick and simple method and INPA with the diagnostic cable is readily available for just a few quid.
