Hey everyone! In today's video I give you 3 spiritual lessons that I would have paid to learn sooner. These are absolutely timeless lessons when it comes to spirituality and sometimes it just takes a little longer to grasp these concepts, therefore I wanted to give you some tips and lessons that I have learned that have helped me to integrate and understand them.

Understanding that we are all one is a concept that is talked about across many different spiritual belief systems and cultures and traditions, and is something that I have read about for years and years and years, but only recently actually did I really start to understand and integrate this truth, which I believe is true. And the reason why I started to integrate is and the penny basically dropped when I was watching near-death experience videos, and I became so obsessed with watching people's near-death experiences.

And if you don't know what near-death experience videos are, guys, this so interesting. It's basically there's loads and loads of videos on YouTube across the internet, and there's books as well, and lots of research done on people that have basically died, or they're like clinically dead for a period of time. And during that time they have an out-of-body experience or near-death experience is what it's called.

And across all of these people's near-death experiences, there are many different commonalities. And I'm not going to go into these now, but comment below if you want me to make a video on the commonalities across NDE experiences, because I've already started writing them down because they're so interesting. But I'm not going to go into them here. But one of the commonalities that I have noticed across many of these different NDEs near-death experiences is that they, the people, basically experience this feeling of oneness and this feeling of peace and love and how they just see how we're all connected.

And people will experience this in different ways. But basically what tends to happen is they'll come out of their body and they will just feel at one with God, with everything else in existence. And this really helps me to understand that when we leave our bodies, we are still our soul, and our soul is connected to everything that is.

And there are many different analogies that paint this picture to help you understand this. One of them is imagine that we are a son, and this is an analogy that I actually got from an NDA. I don't know which one it was. I can't remember so many stories, but it's imagine that we imagine that God or the source consciousness is the son, and this is the amalgamation of every single thing in existence.

So all comes from the central sun, and all of us are just light rays coming off of that sun, individual light rays. So we are basically the sun, the light of the sun coming down in individual light rays. And another analogy very similar to this is tills. One uses an analogy called the the octopus. And imagine, imagine the source is the octopus head, the amalgamation of everything which is based on pure potential energy.

And me or you is just a leg that comes off of that octopus head. So as you can see, we're always connected to the sun or the octopus head. And another analogy you've probably heard before is the ocean and the source God. The amalgamation of everything the ocean is. A symbol for source. And each of us are just waves in that ocean or ripples in the ocean.
