How to make sherbet

Sherbet is an old-fashioned sweet for children using simple ingredients you probably have in your pantry. Delicious and so easy that your kids can make it with you. Stock media provided by rickyvaladez/pond5.com

Ingredients:

   1 tsp citric acid
   2 tbsp icing sugar
   3 tbsp jelly crystals (any flavour you like)
   1 tsp baking soda


Pour all the ingredients into a cup.

Mix them well.
