Ingredients
For Sponge Cake
3 medium eggs
1/4 + 1/4 = 1/2 a cup sugar
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 a cup cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
For Mango Mousse
2 ripe mangoes
1/2 a cup condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp unflavored halal gelatin ( or agar agar powder)
1/2 a cup hot water
For Strawberry Jello Layer
1 cup hot water
3 oz packet of strawberry jello
1 cup ice cold water
For Decoration
1 mango cut into slices for making mango rose
