Family Finding - Kalani's Story

'Ohana Finding and 'Ohana Connections work is rooted in the philosophy that children need enduring safe and nurturing relationships with family.  'Ohana Finding includes an extensive search for family members and other kinship support for children and youth in foster care.  'Ohana Connections work helps older youths reconnect with family and helps younger children preserve those connections.
