Recipe:
chicken liver - 500 gr
milk - 300 ml
leave the liver in milk for 15-20 minutes
vegetable oil - 30 ml
butter - 20 gr
onion - 2 pcs
carrots - 1 pc.
champignons - 8 pcs
celery root - small piece
flour - 4 tbsp.
soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
salt, ground black pepper to taste
dry garlic - 1/2 tsp
cream 33% - 300 ml
cheese - 80 gr
over low heat 5-10 minutes
fresh bread can be cooked on the grill or in a regular skillet without oil
greens to taste
