Are you looking to relocate to Siem Reap, Cambodia? Join me on my own apartment hunting journey as an expat from the US! My budget as a single woman is $250. (Keep in mind you can find places right now for as low as $75, but if you want certain amenities it seems like $200-$250 is a great sweet spot right now for a one bedroom. My personal must-have list is as follows: 1. Good light. 2. High security/gated community. 3. Everything included (except electric which is the norm) 4. Close to town (within 5-10 minute walk) 5.
