A tractor trailer took out
A tractor trailer took out a traffic light on Route 322 at Railroad Avenue in Earl Township, backing up rush hour traffic. The truck, owned by Enterprise Chemical Transport in Canton, Ga., knocked down the traffic signal, causing the pole to fall across the tanker's trailer.
