And we reckon the Skoda Yeti Outdoor with 4x4 is worth considering, with good driveability and practicality on and off the road. The car handles well, considering its high-sidedness, combatting bodyroll, while also being a comfortable ride. The light-ish steering is engaging making it agile for urban set-ups but also suiting higher speeds too. The Yeti's interior is a well-made VW- Group offering, with easy-to-use controls and plenty of space both in the rear and in the boot, despite not matching luggage capacity on rivals the Nissan Qashqai and Hyundai ix35. The standard Yeti will make sense to most people, but if you live and drive in the countryside, then the Yeti Outdoor will be the wiser choice of the two with four-wheel-drive.
