Today, on a hot evening, I decided to pick plums from my garden and make Fruit Leather (lavashak) and plum paste with them.
The taste of this Fruit Leather (lavashak) is wonderful by adding a little salt and sugar.
You can also use plum paste in your dishes, we Iranians use this paste a lot.
You can make Fruit Leather (lavashak) both in the sun and in your oven
