Below is the latest Jio Jionet apn settings with 4G capability. On android, go to Settings, Connections, Mobile Network, Access Point Names, add new APN and enter the following:

Name: Jionet
APN: jionet
Proxy: 10.10.1.100
Port: 9401
Username: Not Required
Password: Not Required
Server: Not Required
MMSC: Not Required
MMS proxy: Not Required
MMS port: Not Required
APN Protocal: IPV4/IPV6
APN Roaming Protocal: IPV4/IPV6
APN Type: default,ia
Bearer: LTE

You can also Beta test the new 5G APN settings for Jio:
Name: 5ginternet
APN: 5gbeta
username: 5gtesting2020
server: www.google.com
Apn type: default
Bearer: select all options
Leave the rest of the settings blank or with default values.
