This is an activity for subtraction preparation. Count out loud, focus on each number, and point at the number. You can also print out the number line and follow along with the video. Counting backwards is essential for learning subtraction. Children become more comfortable with numbers, and practicing counting backwards lays the foundation for subtraction. This video practices counting three different times, and each time gets faster (the last time is meant to be a fun, "as fast as you can" practice).
