Jagmeet Singh discusses rental costs, condemns Trump assassination attempt – July 15, 2024

In Toronto, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh holds a news conference after touring several apartment buildings and meeting with the York South-Weston Tenant Union. The NDP is calling on the Liberal government to lower the price of rent by cutting support for corporate landlords deemed to be gouging tenants or failing to provide decent homes.
