KETO FLAN
This is a super classic recipe made in many cultures all around the world, and it's also been one of the most requested recipes for this channel! Flan is a very simple custard recipe, the only tricky part being not over-cooking it. A bain-marie (water batch) help you get a slower cooking process and that smooth silky final texture, just be sure to use a deeper baking dish for the water than I did in this video (I lost my large roasting pan when I moved recently... need to buy a new one I know).
