National Pulao masala 1 packet
Chawal basmati boiled 1/2 kg
Ghee 2 tbsp
Fried onion 2 tbsp
National Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Green Chilli 6
Red dry mirch 8
Ginger for garnish
Butter 4 tbsp
Shahi sawaiya

Sawaiyan 1 packet crushed
Suger 2 cup
Milk 1/2 liter
Badam pista chopped 1 cup
Ilaichi powdr 2 tsp
Ghee 1cup
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Badam 8
Qalaqand 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
