[ingredient]
1. 2 cutlassfish (470g)
2. 300g radish
3. 500ml water
4. 1 seafood back pack
5. 1 spoonful of minced garlic
6. 1 teaspoon ginger
7. 3 spoons of red pepper powder
8. 3 spoons of dark soy sauce
9. 3 spoons of cooking wine
10. 2 spoons of tuna liquid
11. 2 spoons of starch syrup
12. 1 spoon of red pepper paste
13. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
14. 1/2 onion (120g)
15. 1 green onion (70g)
16. 2 Cheongyang peppers
17. 1 red pepper

[how to make]
1. Cut 300g of radish into 1cm thick pieces.
2. Place radishes on the bottom of the pot, then add 500ml of water and 1 seafood dashi pack and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 3 spoons of red pepper powder, 3 spoons of dark soy sauce, 3 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of tuna liquid, 2 spoons of starch syrup, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and mix to complete the marinade.
4. Cut 1/2 onion (120g) into bite-sized pieces, slice 1 green onion (70g) diagonally, slice 2 Cheongyang peppers diagonally, and slice 1 red pepper diagonally.
5. After 10 minutes, take out the seafood pack, add onion, cutlassfish, seasoning, pepper, green onion, and boil for 15 minutes.
6. Add broth while boiling. It's complete.

🌿Spoon - Based on measuring spoon (15ml). (It is almost similar to a regular rice spoon.)
🌿Teaspoon – Based on measuring teaspoon (5ml).
🌿Cup - Based on measuring cup (200ml). (The measuring cup and paper cup are the same 200ml.)
