Learn to create a Paint Splatter Picture Effect in PowerPoint
This video tutorial was created with PowerPoint 2013. You can also follow this tutorial in other PowerPoint versions.

To create this effect you need :
- Any photo you wish to work with
- A paint splatter graphic
(You can find paint splatter graphics at Clker.com
Download the SVG file type and save it in an easy to access location.)
- Convert the downloaded SVG file to EMF File
( Use a website like Cloudconvert.com to do this.)
To create the effect, we'll use these following steps in PowerPoint:
- Add EMF splatter graphic to your PowerPoint slide
- Break the EMF image by ungrouping it
- Delete image outline
- Group & create a copy of the EMF Image
- Rotate the newly create Splatter
- Group both splatter graphics
- Copy the picture for which you want to create the effect
- Use Picture/Texture Fill option to paste the picture from Clipboard.
