Jamaican corn dumplings| How to make cornmeal from corn/Corn dumplings

I used dried field corn to make cornmeal from scratch, then I used the homemade cornmeal to make Jamaican corn dumplings. This brings back memories of my childhood (in the 90s) when my great granny used to prepared corn dumplings and pickled sea fish, thank goodness she's still alive and all her senses are working 100% . My great granny and grand mother are helping me to recreate some real old fashion Jamaican recipes, which will be in my ECOOK book
