Recipe for Molten Chocolate Lava Cupcakes (about 18 cupcakes)
1 1/3 cups plain flour
1/2 cup dutch cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup castor sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
