1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3 chilli
Bit of ginger
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Ajwain ( in dough as well as in Filling )
1-1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 cup water
80 g oil/ Ghee
200 g Flour
1 tsp Kasuri Meethi
Coriander as per liking in the filling
