Today I am going to Share the perfect recipe of Halwai Style Khasta Kachori with the stuffing of Moong dal. It's traditional Indian breakfast/ Snacks recipe. You can store it for many days. In this video we get tips and tricks to make perfect Kachori.
Ingredients:
for stuffing-
1/2 cup Yellow Moong dal ( Moong ki dhuli dal )
3 tbsp Gramflour ( Besan )
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Dry Coriander Seeds( Dhaniya)
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds ( Saunf )
1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry Coriander Powder ( Dhaniya Powder)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder ( Lal Mirch)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder ( Haldi)
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder ( Amchur )
1 tbsp Dry Fenugreek leaves( Kasuri Methi )
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
For Dough-
2 cups All purpose Flour ( Maida )
1/4 cup Clarified Butter ( Desi Ghee)
1/4 tsp Salt
Water( as required )
Oil for frying
