With the blessings of Eid, Home Grill presenting Eid Ul Adha Mini Series on Eid Recipes.
Today’s recipe is Afghan Pulao / Kabuli Afghan Plao / Qabli Pilaf Recipe that is super delicious and
requires only few ingredients to get started : -
INGREDIENTS:
- Beef Meat
- Almond
- Dry Black Raisins
- Onions
- Oil
- Beef Stock
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Rice
- Black Pepper Powder
- Chinese Carrots
- Salt
- Water
STEP 1: Add Beef Meat in Cooker Pressure. Add few cups of water then cover the pressure and set it to
boil for around 25-30 minutes.
STEP 2: Soak Almonds & Black Raisins for around 30 Minutes. Similarly Soak Rice to cook later.
STEP 3: Add onions in cooking pan then add oil as needed. Now cook them until it turns light brown in
color. Now Add the boiled Beef Meat with Beef Stock. Mix them well and cook for some time.
STEP 4: Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt & Beef Stock. Mix them well and again cook for some time.
STEP 5: Add soaked rice in there. Mix them well add Black Pepper powder. Cook for some time.
STEP 6: Remove almonds peel.
STEP FINAL: Now garnish the Chinese carrots, Black raisins & peeled almonds over the Afghan pulao.
Now serve the delicious restaurant style Afghani Pulao Recipe and enjoy happy meal at home.
