Welcome to this hypnobirthing meditation! This is a hypnobirthing guided meditation for sleep and you can listen to it during pregnancy to help you relax and get better sleep even when you are heavily pregnant!  Pregnancy sleep can be harder to get as you near the end of your third trimester. My hope is that, by listening to this bedtime pregnancy meditation, you will drift off into a deep and restful sleep with fewer wake-ups during the night.

For maximum benefit, please listen to this hypnobirthing sleep meditation at least 3 times per week.  This audio comprises of 20 minutes of guided meditation then 40 minutes of soothing music to continue to relax your mind and body as you float even more deeply into the realm of sleep.
