This is the only ice cream recipe you will ever need:  it is the ULTIMATE HOMEMADE ICE CREAM using 2 INGREDIENTS ONLY !! It is SMOOTH like silk, melt in your mouth, delicious and does not have crystals in it because of my super HACK!
this is highly customizable and i have included 10 different recipes of my favourite ice cream recipes including cookie dough dynamo, oreo ice cream, chunky monkey ice cream and so many  more! (see in the description box below) perfect kosher ice cream recipe if you cannot find kosher ice cream where you are!
I have also included the recipe to make homemade condensed milk if you do not have access to it!

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM RECIPE 2 INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients
* 2 cups (450ml ) heavy whipping cream, cold
* 14 ounces (400ml) sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular), cold
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional) or the tip of a vanilla bean seeds

RECIPES:
Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream: Mix 1 cup cheesecake into 2 cups ice cream base and add strawberry puree

Honeycomb Ice Cream: Mix ½ cup crushed Honeycomb into 2 cups ice cream base. Don't add too much as it will make your ice cream soft but very yummy.

Cookies and Cream Ice Cream aka Oreo ice cream Mix ⅔ cup crushed Oreo Cookies into 2 cups ice cream base

Mango Ice Cream: Swirl ¼ cup mango puree into 2 cups ice cream base
Rainbow Cake Ice Cream: Mix 1 cup frosted Rainbow cake into 2 cups ice cream base

Birthday Cake Ice Cream: Mix 1 cup frosted Funfetti cake (or cupcake) into 2 cups ice cream base

cookie dough 1/2 cup of room temperature edible cookie dough ( you can add more to taste!!)
reserve 1/4 cup of dough and form small balls with it and put in the freezer for 1hour
incorporate gently the ice cream base with the room temperature cookie dough and add the frozen cookie dough bites

pina colada: 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks cut in small bite size
1tsp light rum (optional)
Maraschino cherries (for serving; optional)

chunkey monkey ice cream:1 large banana
1 ½ cups (360g) ice cream base
½ cup (115g) fudge chunk
¼ cup (60g) walnuts, toasted

caramel and chocolate ice cream:
3 oz (90g) good quality chocolate (dark or milk)
2 cups (16oz/450 ml) Ice cream base
¼ cup (60g) chocolate chips
1 cup (225g) marshmallows (fluff or marshmallows melted)
¼ cup (60g) Caramel sauce

cherry ice cream

1 ½ (360g) ice cream base
½ cup (115g) pureed cherries
¼ cup (60g) fudge chunks or chocolate chips

fudge brownie:
1 ⅕ oz (45g) good quality chocolate (dark or milk)
1 ½ (360g) Ice cream base
½ cup (115g) Fudge brownie chunks
½ cup (115g) cookie dough gobs

Condensed milk recipe ( original recipe from bigger bolder baking)

2 cups (450ml) full fat milk or low fat milk*
⅔ cups (142g) white sugar
Instructions
Add the milk and sugar into a small, heavy bottomed saucepan.
Heat it on a low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Once all of the sugar has dissolved bring the mix to a simmer over medium low heat. Do not stir once the mix starts to simmer otherwise it can crack and crystalize.
Gently simmer for roughly 35-40 minutes, or until the milk has darkened to a creamy color, has reduced by half and thickened slightly. You may notice some foam forming on top, gently skim it off with a spoon. (if there are sugary bits hanging around the rim of your pot don’t stir them into your condensed milk, this can also crack your mix)
When ready, remove from the heat and pour into a jar to cool. Let the condensed milk cool completely before putting on the airtight lid. Just note, it thickens up a lot after a few hours in the fridge.
