A recipe to absolutely try if you have aubergines!!! Ready in 5 minutes!!👍Very few ingredients needed!!! They will disappear in 1 minute!!!😋
Simple and quick to prepare, I call it the last minute appetizer (which often directly becomes the second course😁)
INGREDIENTS:
1 large aubergine
1 mozzarella of 125g
250g of tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
