Volumetric shells are probably the most important change to War Thunder in years. I go over all the ways that these shells change the game and how it affects you, whether you play ground, air, or naval.
Additionally, one thing I did not specifically mention in this video, but implied, is that spaced armor, especially when facing weaker shells and fighting in low BRs, is extra powerful. Tanks like the Panzer III M are benefiting big time from volumetric shells.
Also, this video is for the purpose of explaining the intended purpose of the volumetric shell feature, not to go over any flaws, bugs, or otherwise broken parts of this feature.
