Recommended routine:
Kerasal, a small dab around the nails at night
Oil, a drop of oil per hand after each hand wash + dab of urea lotion
Protective cream (like "Glove in a Bottle") if you must wash your hands excessively healthcare workers, daycare workers, food Prep https://amzn.to/3POz3yY etc after hand wash, just less than pea size amount, this lotion absorbs in 5 seconds.
Nudge back the living skin (skin fold) around the nails gently every 1-2 days. No pressure!
