In this video, I am crappie fishing willow trees for big crappie. These crappie are out of the main current at the spillway and they have made their way into some thick willow trees. We have had so much rain in the month of June already, so they are forced to let out alot of water from the dam. That could also lead to days like today, where the crappie are plentiful and ready to eat because of all the fresh water. We are crappie fishing with live minnows under a slip cork. I prefer this crappie fishing technique over tight lining minnows because you are able to keep the bait in the strike zone longer! I hope you enjoyed! Thanks for watching! God Bless!
