How to Post Text, Photo and Videos on Reddit

Want to post text, videos, or photos to Reddit? The easiest way is by using the Reddit mobile app on iOS or Android.

First, you need to create a Reddit account in order to post to Reddit.

Once you do, you need to follow subreddits.  You actually post to subreddits on Reddit, which are communities inside of Reddit.

Then, you can press the plus sign to post text, photos, and videos.  Some subreddits only allow text and some only allow videos.

Each subreddit also has its own set of rules and most do not allow self-promotion.
