One of those proven crowd pleasing meals that's easy to make whether for two, twenty or more. Greek chicken with lemon garlic and potatoes is simple to make, quick to prepare and easy on the pocket. This zesty Greek chicken recipe has kipfler potatoes as they are simply perfect for this, but of course you can use the potatoes of your choice. I kept the bones on the chicken pieces as they bring more flavour and keep the meat juicy, particularly on the breasts. The oregano, garlic and lemon are a perfect combination for this zesty chicken meal. If you don't use white wine, simply add water. The potatoes will absorb all those juices and are to die for.
