The stitches presented are:
1. Running stitch - 0:41
2. Backstitch - 1:29
3. Split stitch - 2:26
4. Couching stitch - 3:35
5. Whipped backstitch - 4:24
6. Stem stitch - 5:20
7. Chain stitch - 6:28
8. Blanket stitch - 7:55
9. Fly stitch - 9:14
10. Feather stitch - 10:44
11. Fern stitch - 11:52
