Dhone Pata or Coriander Leaves is a very common ingredient in our kitchen. Bengalis love to sprinkle Chopped Dhone Pata in almost every dishes. It tastes more delicious when it turns into Bora or fritter. We basically serve this as an evening snack with hot cup of tea or coffee, But its goes well with steamed rice with plain dal.
