Some young patients with hereditary heavy neck and weak chin projections have come to me expecting to be told that they need a facelift or neck lift, and that isn’t always the case! Removal of her deep neck fat combined with liposuction of under the chin area has given her a great neck. To prevent skin sagging after liposuction skin a device called Profound RF was used to firm up the skin of the neck. To improve her weak chin, a chin implant was inserted over the bone to create a better projection. #buccalfatremoval helped her to achieve a better-contoured face. Now she has a #snatchedjawline.
