fasting mean remember not necessarily mean leave your food. we mean your heart..proverb-23.26 my son give me your heart and let your eyes observe my ways. give me your heart..that's the meaning of fasting. going where Jesus is not welcome..saying what he would not say. they can look at pain, injustice unaffected. once you give your heart to god your eyes will be monitored. if your eyes observe his way then your natural eye will not see the other. if not to eat, will help you give your heart to god, then OK.. read your bible with devotion.
