Stewart O’Callaghan was diagnosed with an incurable cancer at 29. After finding out there wasn’t the support he needed, or wanted, as a queer man he set up his own charity, Living Through This.  Stewart shares his story as he's honoured at the Attitude Pride Awards, in association with Magnum.
