This is a quick way to remove the overheating warning on the Apple iPad. The model used for the demonstration was an iPad Air 2 but every generation of iPad will be cooled by this method.
Tips:
1. Use cold water if possible
2. Don’t expose iPad to water any longer than necessary
3. Use only enough water to cover the metal body of the iPad
Disclaimer: By doing this to your iPad you may experience some form of water damage, if at all possible try and give your iPad time to cool down on its own. If overheating is an issue, try removing any cases or covers present on the iPad.
This iPad was artificially heated in order to demonstrate the procedure of cooling down an overheating iPad. It remained in full working order after the treatment.
