Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board Infection Control Nurse Clare Peacock demonstrates the correct technique for washing your hands. It includes tips on washing your hands in a domestic situation as well as in a clinical environment.

Follow her advice for everyday hygiene, and especially if there is a tummy bug like Norovirus or another infection in your household, and to help keep infections at bay in a hospital or clinical setting.
