Jun is a Malaysian born and raised in the small town of Malacca. After spending 6 years in India, she graduated as a medical doctor, but more importantly, she discovered her love for the great outdoors. She backpacked extensively throughout India and hiked up some of the most beautiful Himalayan mountains. Fast forward to the present, Jun is back in her home country, Malaysia, working full time as a doctor. While treating patients on a daily basis has been meaningful and rewarding, she makes an effort to make time for outdoor adventures, mainly solo camping. Having explored the thick tropical rainforests with lush greeneries and stunning waterfalls, she has fallen deeper in love with nature and is determined to do this her whole life. Jun believes that, as her life always involves the act of Giving, she often finds her cup emptied again and again, and the best way to fill up her empty cup is to spend some quiet time alone in nature, where her cup gets refilled with love and positive energy.
Jun hopes to share her perspectives and experiences on solo camping as an Asian female and wishes to connect with like-minded people and inspire more females to get out there.
