Sibelius XML Import Export

Transfer files between music notation programs like Finale, Sibelius, MuseScore, and Dorico. We demonstrate how to export a file as .xml in Sibelius and discuss the difference between compressed and uncompressed .xml files. Importing .xml files can be challenging as layout information can be lost, but we provide tips on how to improve the process, such as manually selecting page size, applying your own house styles, and adding instruments yourself.
