F-150 Grinding / Humming Noise SOLVED! Easy fix to replace the IWE solenoid and check valve

My 2013 3.5L EcoBoost made a grinding noise when I let off the gas, which I thought was the transmission or transfer case. Turns out it was a simple and cheap repair - valves linked below
